Brad Pitt under fire over past roles with underage co-stars

Brad Pitt is drawing criticism online after a viral video resurfaced several early-career moments that many viewers now see as troubling.

The footage includes his romance with a 16‑year‑old Juliette Lewis, which began when they met on the set of the 1990 TV movie Too Young to Die? and lasted until 1993, per The Mirror.

Another video shows a 1987 scene on Dallas where a 24‑year‑old Pitt appears in his first on‑screen explicit scene with 14‑year‑old Shane McCall, with rumours of an off‑screen relationship. However, they were never confirmed.

One such scenes features a 1994 kiss with 11‑year‑old Kirsten Dunst in Interview with the Vampire, which Dunst later said made her uncomfortable.

“I hated [the kiss] so much because Brad was like my older brother on set, and it’s kind of like kissing your brother,” she told Entertainment Tonight in 1994.

“It’s weird because he’s an older guy and I had to kiss him on the lips, so it was gross,” Dunst added.

In another interview, Dunst was asked if she enjoyed lip lock with Pitt. In response, the actor bashed the interviewer, saying, “I mean, I’m 12! He’s like 31 now.”

“He’s like a man, so why would I like kissing him?” she added.

This comes as Pitt is romantically involved with jewellery designer Ines de Ramon, who is 26 years younger than him.
