Tom Cruise’s stuntman shares shocking ‘Mission Impossible’ story

Daring and Tom Cruise have everything in common. His longtime stunt coordinator shared the proof of this in his action in Mission Impossible The Final Reckoning.

In a chat with The Times of London, Wade Eastwood said the megastar was so tired from doing the stunt of hanging from a biplane that he had to carried via his crew.

“It beat the hell out of him. The wind hitting him, and the blast of the propeller, particles hitting him. It was the hardest workout you could ever do, it was very dangerous and very exhausting for him,” he shared. 

“Many times we were carrying him off the wing because he was so tired. And he was flying all day.”

Tom and Wade have long history of working together. They met for the first time on Edge of Tommorow set.

“Tom doesn’t show fear, Tom shows competence. He had fun during all his stunts, even when it was exhausting. He’s always positive, he’ll always put on a smile, and he genuinely enjoys it,” the stunt coordinator noted.

Since then, the pair worked on the last four installments of Mission Impossible movies.
