Simone Ashley’s role was cut in the upcoming movie F1 however back in 2024 she was seen at the Grand Prix where the film was shooting.
Joseph Kosinski, director of the movie explained why her role was reduced while speaking to People, “It happens on every film, where you have to shoot more than you can use. There were two or three storylines that ultimately didn’t make into the final cut.”
But he made it clear that “Simone, she’s an incredible talent, incredible actress, incredible singer, and I would love to work with her again.”
However Simone is still working on other big projects too. She confirmed her return to season 4 of Bridgerton the period drama.
In a pervious interview with Glamour she said “I know that I am returning. I absolutely adore the show, and the more I can be a part of it, the better. They’ve been really kind to work around my schedule.”
She even promised more Kathony before this with People “’Kate and Anthony are really special characters and I think what drew me and Jonathan to their relationship is how complex it is and how beautiful it is. I think there’s always going to be something to love.”
F1 movie is going to be released on June 27.
