Kathy Hilton is bringing sparkle straight from her closet as she teams up with designer Anna Zuckerman for a Summer 2025 jewellery collection.
In a talk with PEOPLE magazine, the 66-year-old American fashion designer and actress revealed that while working on the new collection that is set to come out on June 16, she and Anna looked at her own fancy jewellery, including earrings from Elizabeth Taylor.
Kathy said they wanted to make new versions of extravagant jewellery that are cheaper and better, as Anna, who makes her pieces with diamond crystalline, repurposes leftover lab-made and gem materials.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum quipped, “I just wanted to take things from gifts and things from my mother and my grandmother, my mother-in-law, a couple of things my husband made me, and share things that I had a lot of compliments on. Some are exact replicas and then there’s some that we added to.”
Kathy noted that they got inspiration from a pink heart sapphire ring that her husband, Rick Hilton, once gave her on Valentine’s Day to design the Calista necklace.
Anna added, “It’s like White Lotus, to be continued. It’s a story, because now a lot of people are familiar with our first collection.”
“So, they have purchased it, and now what goes with it? People spend tens of thousands of dollars to wear something once a year. This is something you go out with your girlfriends and you have nice lunch, couple of drinks, and it elevates your mood,” she stated.
It is pertinent to mention that Kathy and Anna’s jewellery collection ranges from $125 to $2,000.
