Joshua Jackson recalls bringing his kid on ‘Karate Kid: Legends’ set as dumb idea

Joshua Jackson shared his regret on bringing his daughter, Juno Rose Diana, on Karate Kid: Legends set.

At the premiere of his forthcoming movie, the actor candidly discussed with People about his daughter’s experience of watching him filming a fight scene.

“She came out to visit Montreal for five, six days because my brother lives up there, it was a family trip and I brought her on set the day that we were doing the fight scene,” he began.

Admitting that it was the ‘really stupid’ plan, Jackson continued, “She did not like seeing her dad get beat up.”

“So I don’t think I’ll watch it with her in the theatrical run, but within a couple years I think we’ll be okay. That was the first time I’d ever brought her to work,” the 46-year-old actor added.

Sharing other plans for his child, he concluded, “She graduates from school or from [Transitional Kindergarten] TK in a couple of weeks, and then we got some summer camp and we’ll figure it out after that.”

For those unversed, Joshua Jackson share his 10-year-old daughter with ex-wife Jodie Turner-Smith. The couple was was married from 2019 to2023.
