Jon Bon Jovi sets record straight on Botox as he discusses ageing

Jon Bon Jovi has recently reflected on ageing as he reveals what it’s like getting older.

The Bed of Roses singer opens up about growing older during his appearance on latest episode of How to Fail podcast on October 29.

When asked about cosmetic surgery on his face, Jon said, “I’m fine with it, I’m not gonna ever get work done and my hair is gray and at least I still have all my hair.”

“I haven’t had any surgeries, operations, Botox injections, eye jobs or lip jobs or whatever the hell else you do these days,” explained the 63-year-old.

It’s My Life crooner expressed his disinterest over cosmetic procedure as he admitted the singer had “to come to terms with having gray hair”.

“When stylists would put hair colour in, I hated that. So, I just said, ‘Screw it,’ like 12-13 years ago. I wouldn’t do that, and so I had to come to terms with ageing,” mentioned the musician.

Elsewhere in the interview, the Misunderstood singer looked back at his younger days.

“I look at pictures of me now, I’m not happy about it. I look at 30, 40, 50, and I go, ‘Yeah, I would rather look like that,’ but I don’t,” pointed out Jon.

Meanwhile, the musician also opened up about the benefits of getting older, saying “wisdom” has been a “huge upside”.

“These next couple years can be great if I’m physically right because of the wisdom,” he continued.

Jon further said that health is “No. 1 on the list” adding, “You can always make a buck. You can always write another song. But your health is key to the universe.”
