Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O’Connor have traded Tinseltown’s glitz and glamour for hometown charm.
The Magic Mike star along with his fiancée have officially relocated from Los Angeles to the suburbs of Pittsburgh.
For them it is a fresh chapter closer to their shared roots.
“I mean, L.A. has been both of our homes for over 20 years,” the 36-year-old shared during a candid chat with People. “I was born in L.A., but raised in Pittsburgh, so we’re both from the same hometown.”
In the interview published on Thursday, December 4, O’Connor told the outlet, “…we share the same upbringing, the same hometown knowledge. And that’s what really connects us as a couple.”
She emphasized the couple didn’t make a ‘sudden’ decision to shift ‘back home together’.
“We were thinking about it for a while,” she continued.
Describing their neighbourhood as a ’postcard’, the Producers Guild of America member gushed about the area they live in.
“I’ve never been in a more beautiful neighborhood in Pittsburgh,” she said. “It’s just idyllic.”
For the unversed, the met in September 2023 at a post-premiere party for Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.
Two months prior the first meeting, the 48-year-old announced split from ex-wife Sofia Vergara.
The couple got engaged on June 24, 2025 after the two dated each other for around two years.
