Jodie Turner-Smith is calling out people to “stay safe” from people who “seem so nice”

The Queen & Slim actress took to her Instagram account and posted a mysterious message that seemed to be pointed at ex-husband Joshua Jackson

The mom of one reposted a meme to her stories on June 2, about some various villainous characters of Disney movies.

“Why don’t you like that person? They seem so nice,” pointed at the evil characters featured in the carousel of the post. “You know who else seemed so nice?”

Jodie opted not to mention any names but gave a warning to her followers, “Stay safe out there.”

This post came days after Joshua filed emergency custody against Jodie on May 30, alleging that Jodie admitted their 5-year-old daughter Juno to a new school without his permission, which surpassed the commute range both had settled on—45 minutes from his place.

“Respondent respectfully requests orders ensuring that the minor child continues attending her present school for the next academic year 2025-2026,” the court document read, “and for the parents’ joint consent to be required for any subsequent school change.”

It is pertinent to mention that Jodie and the Dawson’s Creek star who finalized their divorce in May, Juno’s academic future is a topic of disagreement between them.
