Hailee Steinfeld shared sweet insights into her secret wedding to Josh Allen.
The 28-year-old actress revealed in her Beau Society email newsletter that her big day was full of “love and magic.”
It is pertinent to mention that Steinfeld tied the knot with the NFL star on May 31 in Santa Barbara, California.
“Random yet very specific memories have been popping back into our heads, and we’ve been blurting them out to each other, often through smiles, laughs, and tears,” she wrote.
Gushing over the venue of her wedding day, Stienfield said, “It felt like love was running through the veins of every tree at our gorgeous venue in Santa Barbara.”
The Sinners star shared that wedding celebrations actually kicked off on May 29 with a small dinner for close family members.
The following day guests enjoyed a colorful welcome party, that “felt like a garden party.”
In the evening of the same day, Steinfeld said she was deeply moved by heartfelt speeches from friends. “I stole their printed and handwritten pages right out of their hands to frame them,” she noted.
Then comes the wedding day which was phone-free, “We wanted everyone to come and be present,” Steinfeld explained.
She walked down the aisle with her father, wearing a gown by Tamara Ralph. During the day sky was thundering.
“No rain, just thunder and lightning. Magical,” the Dickinson alum recalled.
