Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen are parents now and have welcomed a baby girl, announcing the happy news in a post on Hailee’s Substack titled “Special Delivery.”
“Our baby girl has arrived!!” the Sinners actress wrote in the newsletter. “We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.”
This past December, Steinfeld and Allen announced that they’re expecting their first baby together.
The actress shared a round-up of her 29 favorite moments from the past year in her Substack newsletter in honor of her 29th birthday.
At the end of her list, Steinfeld included a video that announced her pregnancy as she could be seen posing in the snow while showing off her pregnant belly around her husband Josh, who kissed her stomach.
The couple later shared the video in a joint Instagram post. In the comments, Josh wrote, “I love you.”
Later, in a January press conference, Josh also admitted that he was very excited to be a dad and is looking forward to this new chapter of life.
“It’s something that I will take with great pride. And we’re going to have to figure things out on the go, just like anything else,” he said.
“But this is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad. And I know I love being a football player, and I love being a quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. But I’m looking forward to this one,” Allen added at that time.
Additionally, Hailee also shared her opinion on motherhood and posted a blog with the title “Getting ducks in a row” for her Substack Beau Society.
“While tuning in, I’ve experienced this surreal, full-body awareness that our world is about to expand in beautiful ways. We’re getting ready to meet someone we already love so much,” she said, adding, “I’ve racked my brain for words to describe that feeling, and I don’t have them yet. Maybe that’s the point. For now, I’m blessed to be settling into the feeling.”
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen first started dating in 2023 and then tied the knot in Santa Barbara, California, on May 31.
