Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum are putting on a united front
On Saturday, October 18, the couple put on a united front at a charity gala as they walked their first red carpet together since last year, when the Foo Fighters frontman publicly confessed to cheating on Blum and welcoming a baby outside of their 23-year marriage.
Attending the Hope in the City of Los Angeles event at BMO Stadium, the parents-of-three looked loved up as they matched in black. Blum looked radiant in a belted mini-dress and updo, while Grohl kept it classic in a two-piece.
At the gala, Grohl was honoured for his volunteer work in Los Angeles and pledged both financial support and auction items, including handwritten lyrics.
The event marked the pair’s first major outing since Grohl revealed in September 2024 that he had welcomed a fourth daughter “outside of [his] marriage.”
The revelation put intense public scrutiny on their relationship status — especially vis-a-vis their daughters Violet Maye, 19, Harper Willow, 16, and Ophelia Saint, 11.
In his statement posted across his social media, Grohl said, “I plan to be a loving and supporting parent to her. I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness.”
Just one month later, reports of reconciliation began swirling. People magazine reported that though Blum’s “first instinct was that she wanted a divorce… she got some space to think, and it just felt very sad to her if the family would split up.
In March of this year, a source told US Weekly that “Jordyn has forgiven Dave,” and the couple is going to marriage counseling as they attempt to rebuild trust.
