She further added that she would not take some sessions of radiation instead of chemotherapy.

Now, taking to her Instagram Stories on Monday, January 12, the 46-year-old American author talked about her battle with cancer, revealing that she has just a couple of days of radiation left at Texas Oncology.

Hoover also added a caption to her Instagram Stories that read, “Second to last day of radiation. I wish I could blame my hair and facial expressions on @Texas.Oncology, but they’ve been great. Hope you never need them, but highly recommend them.”

Notably, in her first post, she also talked about experiencing “recurring” health issues while being on the set of her upcoming movie adaptation, Reminders of Him.

The writer of Too Late said at that time, “I continued to put off until the movie was finished.”

“So while it felt huge and scary for a bit, and I had to miss out on the Regretting You premiere and some other important career and personal moment, I just wasn’t ready to share with anyone until I knew what the outcome would be,” Colleen Hoover stated.
