Chris Hughes has revealed a recent health scare after discovering a small lump on his testicles, which he later confirmed to be non-cancerous. 

The 32-year-old shared the update on Snapchat, using the opportunity to encourage men to prioritize their health and get regular check-ups.

Chris wrote, “Boys, just had a check up on the balls, small lump — thankfully all clear and nothing to worry about. Keep ’em checked and get them looked at to be sure.”

According to Daily Mail, Hughes has long been an advocate for men’s health. In 2018, he underwent a live testicular examination on This Morning, a moment that helped raise awareness and even prompted his brother Ben to perform a self-exam, which led to the early detection of cancer. Ben has since recovered.
