Channing Tatum has shared an honest update about his difficult recovery after undergoing shoulder surgery last month.
Taking to his Instagram handle on Monday, the 45-year-old actor opened up about the mental impact of his recovery while showing off his scar.
In a shared clip, the Logan Lucky star said that he is “getting some mobility back” but “it’s atrophied so much,” he feels “like a toddler.”
“Good news is, though, doctor finally gave me the green light so I can train, so it’s a good day finally,” said Channing.
The Magic Mike actor further shared that this whole saga has been a particularly “rough one” for him.
“This has been a rough one. I’ve been mentally up and down in my head more than I think I’ve ever been in my life,” he added.
At the end of the clip, Channing revealed that he has about six weeks to prepare for his next film.
“This one has been the lowest of the lows. But starting to come out the other side. Feeling better than i have in months mentally. 6 weeks till we start the isle of Mann TT motorcycle love story. So let the grind begin,” the Roofman actor captioned the post.
