Billy Ray Cyrus’ ex wife Firerose has made some new claims related to the singer and actress Elizabeth Hurley.
As per a new report of RadarOnline.com, even though the singer has moved on with actress Elizabeth Hurley, his third ex-wife Firerose is continuing to make serious allegations about their short-lived marriage.
As fans will be aware, Billy Ray Cyrus and Firerose separated on May 22, 2024.
Despite the split, Firerose has continued speaking about what she describes as the emotional toll of their relationship.
She told followers that after meeting Cyrus years earlier when she was 22 and a friend of his daughter, Miley Cyrus, she was convinced he was her soulmate.
“you will meet a 49-year-old man who convinces you that he’s your soul mate.”
However, she noted, “It is very important that you don’t believe him.”
Moreover, Firerose has described life with the singer as “control, isolation, rage, manipulation, walking on eggshells.”
In another post, she said she was “publicly displayed to uphold their mask while being abused behind closed doors,” calling the experience “one of the most isolating and devastating experiences imaginable.”
Explaining why she remained silent for so long, she added, “When all your focus is on surviving, keeping your abuser’s secrets becomes paramount so you remain completely silent, terrified of what will happen if you expose them.”
She concluded, “My deepest prayer is that by sharing a fraction of the most excruciating years of my life, it will give that one girl the strength to get through another day.”
