Previous reports indicate Kanye West controlled Bianca Censori. But her latest move in business seems to strike down the notion somewhat.
According to US Sun, the Melbourne native has opened not only one but two companies under her name.
One is registered in the US, California, as Bianca Censori, Inc., while the second is in her home country, Australia, Alphington, also on her name.
However, the 30-year-old who worked under Donda hitmaker in Yeezy has named him the director of the company in the registration. In contrast, she is listed as a CEO and secretary.
Also, Ye’s attorney, Manoj Shah, has been attached to the company to provide legal services.
Meanwhile, details about the project are scant. However, multiple outlets suggest that the appointment of Hussein Lalani as the chief financial officer hints that the new firm, which Bianca registered in the United States in May, is focused on cosmetics, given the top executive’s history in the field.
On the other hand, the pair have been on a trip in Spain, as they recently snapped in Barcelona. The outing came in the wake of reports that the couple have been on the brink of divorce.
