Arnold Schwarzenegger will be in heaven if he dies after seeing his son, Patrick, outperform him.
Arnold, 77, is overjoyed by Patrick’s rise in Hollywood after his role in The White Lotus season 3. The Terminator star got candid about how the dynamic has changed after Patrick’s breakout role as Saxon Ratliff.
“If I go to my grave and know that my son has outdone me, I’m in heaven,” the actor said.
Sharing how the tables have turned when it comes to fans, he noted that previously, fans would ask his son about him, and now they ask him about his son.
He shared, “I was just in New York and a journalist comes up and says, ‘What’s it like being the father of Patrick Schwarzenegger?’”
He continued, “All of a sudden, everything has changed around, I walk into the gym now and it used to be the girls would come up and give me their contact – and then after White Lotus comes out, the girl comes up and says, ‘Here’s my contact, give it to Patrick.”‘
