Lena Dunham opens up about ‘expanding’ her family with Luis Falber

Lena Dunham recently got candid and opened up about plans of expanding her family with husband Luis Falber.

In an interview with The Times to promote her new television series, Too Much, the 39-year-old American writer and director revealed that she is in the process of “expanding” her family with husband Felber.

Dunham also spoke about her illness and shared that she had a hysterectomy in early 2018 to get rid of her painful endometriosis.

The American Horror Story star, who tied the knot with a British musician in September 2021, said of her hysterectomy, “It was a grief but it was also a relief. I thought I would have the opportunity to experience my fertility and my cycle waning and it never was.”

“Instead it was a very quick, sharp cut-off…I will say we’re in the process of expanding our family in new ways. I want to safely meet our children and then figure out how to talk about it,” she noted.

It is pertinent to mention that Dunham and Felber currently have no children but she claimed to have experienced the “most peaceful” era after getting married, per PEOPLE.
