Lisa Kudrow, famously known for playing Phoebe Buffay in Friends, is set to bring back one of her iconic roles.
The actress confirmed that she will return in the final season of The Comeback.
On Friday, Lisa confirmed the news herself alongside Michael Patrick in a statement that read, “Valerie Cherish has found her way back to the current television landscape. Neither of us are surprised she did.”
“No matter what the industry throws at her, Valerie Cherish is a survivor,” as per HBO’s Amy Gravitt.
“On the 20th anniversary of her debut, Michael Patrick King and Lisa Kudrow have brilliantly scripted her return to HBO, and we can’t wait to see that,” she added.
It is worth mentioning that Lisa Kudrow will reprise her role after 11 years of season 2.
Notably, The Comeback season 3 is set to return to HBO and HBO Max in 2026.
