Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are reportedly renting out their Montecito home following their split.
An insider confirmed to People Magazine that the former couple started renting out their home in February.
Katy purchased the mansion from entrepreneur Carl Westcott for $15 million in 2020, with intention of using it as the couple’s family home. She officially took the ownership of the home in May 2024, as reported by Wall Street Journal.
It is worth mentioning that this decision comes after Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom ended their nine years relationship recently. The couple, who got engaged in 2019, also share a daughter Daisy Dove.
An insider told the outlet earlier, “Katy has every intention of maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with Orlando.”
“He’s the father of their daughter and that will always come first for her,” the source added.
