Alongside a photo of her husband, the fashion designer wrote, “Get well soon Daddy.”
For those unversed, David injured his arm 22 years ago during a friendly match between England and South Africa in Durban.
Commenting on the situation, an insider revealed to The Sun that “David had been in pain for years but thought nothing of it.”
“He just kept going until, in recent months, it became quite unbearable,” the source continued. “A routine scan showed that the pin which was meant to have dissolved, hadn’t – so he was booked into finally resolve the issue all these years later.”
“Victoria was at his bedside post op and all went well. He’s in great spirits,” a tipster added.
