Niall Horan just revealed that he has grown close to nature and has taken up gardening as well as cooking since settling down with his girlfriend Amelia Woolley.
The 32-year-old One Direction star has been dating the businesswoman since 2020 and they share a house in London along with their pet dog Tommy.
Niall talked about how he has been embracing hobbies he previously found “boring” because he loves spending time at home.
During an appearance on the Dish from Waitrose podcast, he explained: “I think as, as I’m getting older, I find things that I used to find boring – like I’m into gardening now …I know the names of about five or six flowers now that I never knew before…”
The Heaven hitmaker continued, “I spend so much time in the hotels and travel in the world, and I feel like the last few years I’ve just been able to just I’m in the settle down, settling down period.”
“It’s been nice to just be at home and do stuff like that that people watching this would go, I do that every day,” the former One Direction member added.
Niall also admitted that he has become a lot more inclined towards cooking since the COVID-19 lockdown.
He said: “I think during COVID I got mad into it. You just try on every website and everything, anything you haven’t made before, you give a crack.”
“When I’m home, I try and do a little bit, nothing overly complicated. Because I, you know, when you think I want to be patient. And then you get halfway through it, you’re like, oh, this is a pain,” Niall Horan explained as he talked about how cooking became a hobby for him.
