Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are reportedly eager to begin the next chapter of their lives together.
Gomez has previously been open about the health challenges that may prevent her from carrying a child herself.
The singer has undergone a kidney transplant related to Lupus and also takes medication to treat Bipolar Disorder.
“I have a lot of medical issues that would put my life and the baby’s in jeopardy. That was something I had to grieve for a while,” Gomez previously shared.
“I find it a blessing that there are wonderful people willing to do surrogacy or adoption, which are possibilities for me.”
Now, according to insiders privy to RadarOnline.com, the newlyweds are exploring several possible paths to parenthood.
Given the singers’ health concerns, reportedly, they are considering surrogacy and adoption, as the couple hopes to welcome a child sooner rather than later.
“Bring up the subject of starting a family with Benny or Selena and you hear the same sense of urgency from both of them. They want this to happen now, not later,” a source shared.
“They are in total agreement that it would be a mistake to wait to have kids. “
“They’ve thoroughly investigated surrogacy and adoption and they’re polling friends who have already been through each process.”
