Cobra Kai’ actor caught in major controversy

Martin Kove, who played John Kreese, has a brash personality and off-cut attitude on-screen.

But the problem started when he applied his character off-screen.

Over the weekend, the actor attended a fans convention, Summer Con, in Puyallup, Washington.

However, what sparked the controversy was when his co-star on the show, Hannah-Kim, approached him to greet him at the VIP section of the meet-and-greet event.

What followed next is noted in the Puyallup Police Department report that the Karate Kid star, shockingly, bit her arm so hard it drew blood and her cry of pain.

Soon after his action, the report said, the 78-year-old started kissing the area where he had left a mark.

Hannah, who was at the event along with her husband, confronted the veteran actor about the incident, multiple news outlets reported.

After being questioned about his behaviour by the couple, Martin allegedly “exploded on them, saying something to the effect of how dare they confront him.”

At the moment, the pair involved the police, where the star called his actions of trying to be “funny”, noting that he and the actress “play fight all the time on the set of ‘Cobra Kai.’”

Though, Martin does apologise to the pair in front of the authorities, yet the officers instructed him to leave the venue after Hannah opted to not file charges but “wished to have a report filed in case this continues.”
