Alesha Dixon just shared a surprising fact.
Back when she worked on the set of N.E.R.D’s 2004 music video, She Wants To Move, the Tv personality revealed that her intense hyperactivity led her to needing a literal oxygen mask!
During her appearance on the show, Capital XTRA Breakfast with Manny Norte, Dixon, who starred as the “hot chick” in the energetic video, recalled the experience,
Explaining how it feels like “a lifetime ago,” the Got Talent franchise’s veteran judge recalled being cast for the video, saying, “She read inside that I was in a group, so she thought, ‘Okay, so she must be able to dance.’”
As Dixon’s image was presented by the casting director to Pharrell Williams, she revealed the final pick was “between myself, Naomi [Campbell] and Tyra [Banks].”
“I had to have an oxygen mask on the day of the video, did I tell you that?” she then confessed.
“Because you know what I’m like, energy-wise. I was so hyped up, like, trying to make this right. I was trying my hardest, and I was going for it, going for it, going for it, going for it! At one point I couldn’t breathe, so they had to give me the oxygen mask!” Alesha Dixon further recalled of the incident.
