Angelina Jolie is done fighting with her ex-husband Brad Pitt over their French winery Château Miraval as she fears for her health.
Jolie is reportedly afraid that the stress from the long drawn-out legal drama will cause cancer.
“Angie is filled with fear the negative energy will cause deadly diseases, including cancer,” a mole said, per Radar Online.
“She’s sent Brad messages through a mediator asking for a truce. She wants to move on with her life,” they claimed.
The Oscar winner’s fears are justified as she had a preventive double mastectomy in 2013 when she found out she had a 87 percent risk of breast cancer and a 50 percent risk of ovarian cancer. Stress is known to be an activator of cancer genes.
“I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could,” she said at the time.
“Angelina reached out to Brad in a message one night when she had a few glasses of wine, and it all snowballed from there into a full-blown plea for a truce,” the mole claimed.
The couple’s legal battle took a turn for the worse in 2022 when Brad sued the Tomb Raider star for selling her shares of the winery to a Russian oligarch without his consent, per their agreement. Angelina’s team in turn claimed that there was no such agreement and that the Troy star tried to make her sign an NDA.
Angilna Jolie and Brad itt share kids Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 16.
