Dua Lipa says she’s open to having kids in future

Dua Lipa wants to be a mother, someday.

In a recent chat with British Vogue for their July issue, the 29-year-old singer, who disclosed her engagement news with Callum Turner, shared her thoughts about starting a family someday.

“I’d love to have kids one day,” she began, “But it’s like the constant question of when would there ever be a good time — how it would fit in with my job and how it would work if I went on tour, and how much time out I’d have to take,”

The Levitating hitmaker added that while she loves children, she knows raising a child takes more than just that.

“I think it’s just one of those things that’s going to happen when it happens,” she explained. “I love kids, but I think there’s so much more to raising a child than just loving children.”

In the same interview, Lipa also confirmed her engagement to the 35-year-old actor. “Yeah, we’re engaged. It’s very exciting,” she told the outlet.
