Mgk’s ‘Lost Americana’ Tour comes with heartfelt dedication

Mgk, formerly Known as Machine Gun Kelly, dedicated his Lost Americana tour to two important girls in his life.

During the Thursday night, November 20, the 35-year-old American rapper and singer-songwriter reflected on the personal motivation behind his tour, which kicked off on November 15.

“I would like to dedicate this show to my two baby girls,” he told the crowd at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles, referencing his first Casie Colson Baker, now 16, and his new bundle of joy, Saga Blade Fox-Baker, whom he welcomed with Megan Fox in March.

Revealing that this tour is a love letter to his daughters, the doting father continued, “My oldest [Casie] grew up too fast.”

As Mgk, whose real name is Colson Baker, went on to perform a rendition of Play This When I’m Gone, a montage of clips was playing on a screen, featuring his heartwarming moments with family over the years.

What made the gesture even sweeter was that the track he was singing was originally written for Casie, whom he shares with ex Emma Corrin.

The Rap Devil hitmaker also highlighted the importance of family as he addressed the crowd, saying, “If you’re here with your loved ones, love them forever, man.”
