Pete Davidson has hinted that he’s not done with Saturday Night Live yet.

He might have just signaled the SNL production about how to get him back at the studio 8H.

Davidson talked about one big reason he’s going back to the Rockfeler tower three years after he left the series as a cast member and two years since he last hosted.

“I’d do anything for Lorne,” Davidson says, admitting that if SNL creator and long-time executive producer Lorne Michaels asked him to come back, he would.

“I had a great time hosting last time, and anytime you get that call, it’s an honor and a privilege,” he continues. “It’s always relevant, it’s a hot show. People look forward to it, and the cast is great.”

In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, the comedian and actor, 31, reveals what it would take to return to Saturday Night Live,

“I owe that guy my life. He jump-started everything. So I’d do anything for Lorne, and he knows that,” Davidson — who is partnering with Amazon for Alexa+ — adds.
