Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter have left fans hoping for the collab of the year on the stage of Short n’ Sweet tour, and it might be more possible than it seems.
The 35-year-old pop superstar sparked hope and excitement among fans with her sudden public appearance in New York City, where the Espresso hitmaker, 26, is scheduled to play her shows in Maddison Square Garden.
Social media users couldn’t contain their excitement since one X account tweeted, “An official insider has confirmed that Sabrina Carpenter will be arresting Taylor Swift before ‘Juno’ at her #NYCShortNSweet show today at Madison Square Garden!”
“Life of a Showgirl duet live debut?!,” one fan mused, while another added, “thatd be LIT.”
A third chimed in, “That would be SO cool!!”
However, Carpenter had another surprise for fans, and she revealed Drew Barrymore as the special guest who she arrested during her Halloween special show.
While some fans bashed the user for “posting lies,” others were still optimistic that all is not lost, as one wrote, “tomorrow.”

The Eras Tour performer and the Manchild songstress have yet to perform their duet, The Life of a Showgirl, live for the first time, but it definitely would be a performance to remember.
