Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce’s wedding major update revealed

Rumours are swirling around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s highly anticipated wedding, with reports suggesting the couple may tie the knot at a historic Rhode Island mansion.

The Breakers in Newport, once the opulent summer home of Cornelius Vanderbilt II, has been at the center of speculation due to its grandeur and Gilded Age charm—an aesthetic often associated with Swift’s personal style.

However, the Newport County Preservation Society, which manages the property, has firmly denied the claims. “Taylor Swift is not getting married at the Breakers, or any other property the society runs,” spokesperson Gary Ruff confirmed to The Providence Journal.

The denial comes after podcast host Fiona Shea fueled the rumour mill by sharing that Swift allegedly requested another bride to move her wedding date to secure a Vanderbilt estate.

According to Shea, the venue reportedly asked the bride, “Hey, would you be willing to actually change the date of your wedding?” She added that Swift had supposedly offered compensation for the adjustment.

Sources close to the couple have hinted that Swift and Kelce are eyeing June 13, 2026, as their wedding date—an especially meaningful day for the singer, as the number 13 has long been considered her lucky number and the date falls six months before her 36th birthday.

Attention has also turned toward Swift’s own waterfront mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island.

Since announcing their engagement in August, Swift and Kelce have kept details of their plans private, but excitement among fans continues to build.

The singer-songwriter teased the milestone with a playful caption on engagement photos, writing, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”

As preparations move forward, curiosity over the wedding’s final location and guest list is only growing.
