Katy Perry’s new album sparks tensions with Orlando Bloom

Katy Perry’s latest music project hasn’t gone as planned as it has reportedly affected her relationship with her fiance Orlando Bloom.

As per a recent report by People published on June 9, an insider claimed that the pop star was “deeply frustrated” after her latest album 143, released in September, didn’t receive the response she hoped for.

“Katy was deeply frustrated following the lackluster [reception] of her new album,” the source told the outlet.

“It made her very stressed,” the tipster continued.

However, the pressure and stress Katy was facing caused some tension between her and Orlando.

“Orlando was understanding, but it did cause some tension,” the tattler shared.

Another insider added, “This was supposed to be Katy’s big comeback. She was excited. It’s been devastating to watch it fall flat. She’s disappointed in the tour reviews. Ticket sales are okay, but not sold out. It’s put stress on their relationship.”

For those unversed, in a statement Perry described 143 as a bold, upbeat dance-pop album centered around the idea of love, using the numbers “143” as a symbol of affection.
