Jimmy Fallon is reportedly eyeing an exit from his infamous Tonight Show.

For those unversed, Jimmy Fallon began hosting The Tonight Show in 2014 after stepping down from Late Night show, which ran from 2009-2014.

As per a source privy to RadarOnline.com, even though his contract runs until 2028, Jimmy has his reasons to say goodbye to the popular project.

Giving more insights on the alleged reasons, the spy informed the outlet, “His preference would be to retire from the show as the leader in the ratings.”

“But he’s realistic about this stuff, and he could even leave before his contract is up, if that’s the network’s decision,” they also claimed.

Elaborating on Jimmy’s farsightedness, the tipster mentioned, “He’s also dealing with a big question about the future of late-night TV in general, which is, how long can the party last?

“No matter what, it’s going away because of the general decline in broadcast TV,” they noted before moving to another topic.
