Hulk Hogan’s wife calls out Emmy for excluding late wrestler

In the recent Emmys’ Memoriam segment, a notable name was missed out. He was Hulk Hogan, a well-known wrestler.

Now, his wife, Lina Hogan, believes this ‘snub’ had to do with his political views.

The late wrestler was a known supporter of Donald Trump. He made several speeches in the president’s campaign speeches ahead of the 2024 election.

“I can’t prove that,” Hulk’s wife acknowledges in an interview with EW. But she adds, “It’s just a guess, but they should have named him!”

However, she doubles down on the merits of her late husband, explaining, “[Hulk] had the highest ratings on NBC, beating all other competition for that time slot for years!”

Linda continues, “I really can’t tell you why they left him out,” noting her theory is just a guess considering the way he was treated at his last appearance in L.A.”

Besides being known as one of the top stars in WWE, formerly known as the World Wrestling Federation, Hulk starred in various projects, including Rocky III, No Holds Barred, Thunder in Paradise, Hogan Knows Best, and China, IL.

At the age of 71, he suffered cardiac arrest and died last July.
