Saoirse Ronan is pregnant with her first child, marking a new chapter for the Outrun star and her husband, actor Jack Lowden.
According to Daily Mail, the 31-year-old actress was recently spotted in London’s Islington neighborhood, cradling a visible baby bump while out on a walk with Lowden and their dog Fran.
Dressed in casual black attire, Ronan appeared relaxed during the outing, while Lowden opted for dark-colored activewear.
Moreover, the couple quietly tied the knot in July 2024 at Edinburgh Central Registrar’s Office, with reports describing the ceremony as intimate and tightly under wraps, attended only by their closest friends.
Ronan and Lowden first met while filming Mary Queen of Scots in 2018 and have maintained a notably private relationship since.
As per the publication, Lowden previously praised Ronan’s talent, calling her a “force of nature” and “a brilliant leader.”
Additionally, the pregnancy came after engagement rumors swirled in 2023 when Ronan was seen wearing a diamond ring in Paris.
Furthermore, the couple has since made a few public appearances together, including the 2025 BAFTAs and the 2024 Emmy Awards.
It is worth mentioning that the pair now look forward to expanding their family as they prepare to welcome their first child, as per the outlet.
